Formed in 2002 by Peter Cordia and Robert MacDonald after extensive careers in construction and property consulting, CorMac Consulting is a consultancy company specialising in property and construction related advice.
Our aim is to develop long term relationships with our Clients based on their confidence in us to deliver our advice and their projects to a successful conclusion every time.
For property and PPP related projects we provide comprehensive strategic, professional, and technically ‘project specific’ advice on the physical state of property assets from project initiation and acquisition throughout their life cycle up to and including disposal.
For construction related projects we offer a full suite of project direction and management services from concept to completion providing a single reference point for all matters involving authority requirements, planning, design and construction.
